I used a free program called CamStudio – http://camstudio.org/ – and then set it to record a specific region of the screen – which you select by hitting record and then dragging a cursor round the area you want to record. I then had to do a few more bits before it was OK to show on the web, but if you get any good sessions recorded let me know and I can talk you through it (if you are happy with me posting the video here, that is – lol!)
